These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SyncPostr web application at syncpostr.com (the "Service"), operated by SyncPostr ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must create an account to use SyncPostr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
SyncPostr is a social media publishing tool. It lets you create a post once and publish or schedule it across multiple social platforms — including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn — from a single dashboard, with per-platform captions. Publishing is performed on your behalf through our third-party provider, Post for Me, and the official APIs of the platforms you connect.
SyncPostr is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
New accounts may include a free trial period. During the trial, you must provide valid payment information. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you publish complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of each platform where you publish it. SyncPostr is a tool that facilitates publishing but does not guarantee compliance with platform rules. We are not liable for any actions taken by a platform against your account, including content removal or suspension.
Publishing is carried out through our third-party provider, Post for Me, and the official APIs of the platforms you connect. Availability and behaviour of these connections depend on those third parties. We are not responsible for outages, rate limits, policy changes, or other actions by Post for Me or the connected platforms that may affect publishing.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SyncPostr and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service (captions, images, videos, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncPostr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the reach, performance, or successful delivery of content published through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
